YSWPCS is a new tuition free public charter school that opened in September 2011 in the Baldwin- Whitehall School
District. YSWPCS seeks to engage students in a curriculum which fosters a global perspective and promotes appreciation
and understanding of world regions, cultures, and global issues. The school curriculum will include teaching two world
languages (in addition to English). The school is Kindergarten thru 6th grade but will be adding a grade every year
to eventually become Kindergarten through 8th grade. Further information can be found on the school’s website

Desired qualifications include PA certification, enthusiasm to work in a charter school environment, and an
